The Compass Center offers a variety of Curricula-Based Skills Assessments to identify specific skills missing from a learner's repertoire. Results are utilized to determine baseline measures and guide the course of treatment during therapy. Results may also be utilized as a comparison for independent program evaluations.

We believe ABA therapy can benefit All Ages! Common benefits of ABA therapy include improvements in skills areas such as communication and social skills, play and functional leisure skills, academic, and learner readiness skills, activities of daily living and life skills, job skills and reducing challenging behaviors that may be impeding on areas of social importance. Sessions are designed to meet each learner's unique needs and are structured to optimize opportunities for learning those must have skills within the environments they need to occur in. Goals are specific to the needs of each individual learner. Data are collected to allow for ongoing assessment and monitoring of learner progress. Programs and interventions are updated accordingly. Regardless of the age, the overall goal is to help each learner be the most independent they can be across all settings.
The Compass Center does not participate in network with any insurance company. However, we do provide care as an out-of-network provider and will work with you to design custom and individualized services to help you meet your goals with easy payment options! We are happy to provide an invoice for services to submit for reimbursement.
At The Compass Center we believe in professional development and leveling up! There is no room for complacency here! We are proud to be BACB and IBAO approved continuing education providers. We offer a variety of in-person and remote options, as well as customizable packages! Some topics include: a DDD approved 8- hour ABA/PBS Training and the 40 Hour RBT Training designed to meet the RBT 2nd ed. task list. This training is offered independent of the BACB. We believe in developing and sharpening the skills of future behavior analysts and behavior technicians! We offer a full range of supervision services ranging from conducting initial and annual RBT competency assessments, and ongoing RBT supervision. We also offer individual and group supervision options for RBTs as well as those pursuing advanced BACB certification or looking to maintain their current certification. A variety of customizable options are available to meet the needs of the supervisee!
At The Compass Center we believe that all students have the right to effective behavioral treatment and a free and appropriate education (FAPE).
